The name Frumushika means “pretty”. And you’ll see, how appropriate this name is. Everything is beautiful in this corner of Bessarabia: you’ll enjoy its endless steppe landscapes, flocks of sheep grazing in a field, open-air museum, and a park with rare exhibits.

The tour will start at 8:00 a.m. from Odessa and the ride will take about 3.5 hours. We’ll have a rich breakfast with traditional Moldavian food upon arrival.

Following breakfast, you’ll get acquainted with this unique Ethnographic and Green Tourism Center. Frumushika is, above all, is one of the largest European sheep farms, which is known far beyond our country. During the tour, you will be able to find out more about the farm, sheep breeding, try brynza – a cottage cheese which is made from sheep’s milk.

Another attraction of Frumushika is an open-air museum dedicated to the architecture of the Bessarabian village of the 19th – early 20th century. Typical Moldovan, Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian, German, Gagauz, Jewish housesare represented here. Nearby placed an ethnographic museum of Bessarabia of the 19th – 20th with a great collection of work tools and household items.

In the park of the USSR monuments, you’ll discover a lot of interesting items from the bygone Soviet era and see a collection of monuments to Lenin.

One of the most delightful part of the trip will be a visit to the wine cellar and the tasting of the best local wines. After that, you’ll have a deliсious lunch with dishes of lamband pheasant meat, prepared under traditional Bessarabian recipes.

After lunch, you’ll have about an hour of free time and at 6:00 p.m. we’ll set off to Odessa.
