Cross the Pedestrian Bridge and Visit the Trukhaniv Island
This is the only bridge across the Dnieper River in Kiev that is constructed specifically for the pedestrian traffic. It leads to the Trukhaniv Island, which is a popular city resort. There are a lot of sand beaches, sport grounds and cafes there. In the summer months, this place is crowded with people, however it’s still a nice place to escape the heat and relax.
