Tour starts once you meet your local guide, whowill pick you up from your hotel early in the morning, approx. 30 minutes before sunrise. Together, you will drive to one the most picturesque Kyiv observation decks in the Park of Glory, where you will enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the left bank of the Dnipro River.
